With participants coming from across the nation, this year’s festival promises to be another top-of-the-line event. Our very popular Friday evening Wine and Cheese Reception will be held in the vendor area from 5:00 until 6:30 p.m. providing a great opportunity to present your products to all festival registrants and volunteers. The vendor area will be open free of charge to the general public during regular vendor hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Booth spaces will be approximately 9’ x 9’ (or as the room allows). Two chairs and two tables will be provided per booth if needed. Some electrical outlets are available but no canopies or tents are allowed. Fee per booth is $75.00 (OR with a Morro Bay business license, $65.00) and the maximum booths per vendor is limited to three. Volunteers will be available to assist with breaks. All booths must be open for business during regular vendor hours from Friday at 10 a.m. thru Sunday 6 p.m. No refunds for cancellations after November 15, 2008.

Interested In Becoming A Vendor?

If you are interested in applying for vendor space in the Art and Vendor Fair please email information about your products or services to Linda Tanner at Tannerland@sbcglobal.net for consideration. Photos of your products and booth set-up will be appreciated and your contact information is required (phone number, mailing address, email address). Please indicate if electrical service is required for your booth.

Selection of vendors for this event will be based on our desire to present a variety of products and services related to birding and nature, including but not limited to optics, art, books, clothing, photography, native plants, tours, etc.

Environmental organizations and other non-profit groups are welcome to apply for a free-of-charge booth, however, space is limited.
