How to Register

 Register Online here at a secure 3rd party website with emailed confirmation beginning  at 6 am PDT on October 1, 2012. 

 -- Pay with Mastercard or Visa on our secure connection. Or,

 -- Pay by check payable to Morro Bay Bird Winter Festival, or MBWBF, and mail to:

      Morro Bay, CA 93442.

Your registration will be marked pending for one week. After that time, the spaces will be released and your registration automatically cancelled.

  

Register By Mail: In October you will be able to download a registration form here.  List each person, including children. List a second choice for both a.m. and p.m., since many events are limited.  Confirmation will be mailed.  Pay by check and mail to the above address. 

 

Reservations postmarked by January 5, 2012, will be processed in the order received.  After that date, you may register only at the Community Center during the Festival.  We cannot accept phone or fax registrations.

2012 Registration and Event Fees - All Festival participants must register:
General Registration:

Adult, age 18 or older, Full Festival, $75*.
Adult, age 18 or older, One Day, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, $40, Monday, $25**.

Student, age 13-18 with student ID, Full Festival, $35*.
Student, age 13-18 with student ID, One Day, $20**.
 
Child, age 12 or younger, Full Festival or One Day no registration fee is charged**, but a registration form must be completed.

*Additional fees are charged for van, boat and kayak trips as listed on the schedule for adults, students, and children. Events appropriate for children are marked on schedule.

**The one-day registration includes events on that one day only. 


Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Morro Bay Bird Winter Festival reserves the right to cancel any event for any reason, and you will receive a full refund for any paid event which we cancel.  Cancellations made prior to January 5, 2012, will result in a refund of fees paid, less $25 administrative fees for each registrant. Refunds will be processed by the Registrar after the festival.

No refunds will be made for cancellations after the registration closing date, or for no-shows.
